Terms of use
This service is in BETA. Use it at your own risk.
It connects the accounts you choose — Microsoft To Do, Planner, Outlook mail, and SharePoint and OneDrive files — to an AI assistant you control, so the assistant can read them on your behalf. The assistant changes your tasks only when you have switched Write on for that account and asked it for the change, and saves an email draft only when you have switched Draft on for that account and asked it for one. A draft waits in your mailbox for you to review, send or delete — and anything you send yourself is your own message. On a team address, when you have switched Send on for that account, the assistant can also ask for a draft it saved to be sent: it is sent only after a person on your team approves it, and only if the draft has not changed since the request.
Where you have switched Calendar on for an account, the assistant can also read that account's calendar events — it cannot create, answer, move or cancel anything there — an event's description is read only where you have switched descriptions on, and a meeting's join link is shown only where you have switched join links on.
Who runs it
During the beta this service is run privately by its author. There is no company behind it yet.
Questions, requests about your data, or anything else: admin@oneagentharness.com.
What you agree to
- You only connect accounts you are entitled to use.
- You do not try to reach anyone else's data through this service.
- You do not use it to overload, probe or attack the service or any connected provider.
- You are 18 or older, or using it under your organisation's account with their permission.
What we store, and what we do not
We do not store the content of your Microsoft To Do and Planner tasks, your Outlook mail, or your SharePoint and OneDrive files. It is read when your assistant asks for it, handed over, and dropped. Only lists of tasks may be held in a short in-memory cache, for minutes, while your assistant is reading; mail and file content is never cached. A draft your assistant saves is stored in your own mailbox, not here. The one exception is content held for approval. When an action your assistant asks for is held for approval by a person on your team, what it would do — for a new file, its content, at most 64 KB — is stored, encrypted, until the action is approved and run, denied or withdrawn, and for at most 1 day if nobody decides. Once it has run, its result is kept, encrypted, for 1 hour. Held content is also deleted if your account is erased.
We do store what is needed to run the service: your email address and sign-in identifier, the encrypted access grant to each account you connected, a log of sign-ins, consents, disconnections and of each change your assistant made to your tasks (which fields changed, never what they say) and of each email draft it saved (how many recipients, never who or what it says), a short-lived record of each such draft (its mailbox id, the recipients' domains and a fingerprint of its content, so a later change to it can be detected), where you have switched on reading email content a record of each email whose text your assistant read (which message, when and by which client, never what it says), and technical monitoring data such as which tool was called, when, how long it took and whether it failed, and the name of each account you connected so you can tell them apart.
Details, and how to remove all of it, are in the privacy statement. Cookies are described on the cookie page.
Beta means beta
There is no availability commitment and no support commitment. Features may change or disappear.
A connected provider may refuse or withdraw access at any time, and this service then stops reading from it.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or is used to abuse a connected provider. Disconnecting an account deletes our copy of that access immediately, and you can have your whole account deleted at any time by writing to admin@oneagentharness.com.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the service, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded — in particular for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under EU or national law.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the bottom of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
Law
Polish law applies, and Polish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
